Sugar Tree, a $250 million, multi-storey freehold apartment complex is underway on an almost 2 acre site between Union and Nelson Street.
This first stage is an 11-storey, 152 apartment complex with one and two bedroom apartments plus eight live/work units and seven ground floor commercial units with mezzanine floors and two levels of underground parking. This development will be enhanced by commercial spaces including boutique bars, cafes, restaurants and delis.
Sugar Tree is a Kalmar Construction project with all the hydraulics being handled by Sean O’Donnell and the team at Hydraulic Services Consultants Ltd.
aquatherm green is being installed throughout this complex from 25mm through to 110mm by Darren and the team at D L Good Plumbers Ltd. D L Good are a really great team to work with.
They are extremely experienced in the installation of aquatherm products and have awesome processes. All product is being delivered to site by Dave and the team at Chesters Plumbing & Bathroom, New Lynn.
