aquatherm’s COVID update 1 March 2021

Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern has announced that New Zealand will move back to COVID-19 Alert Level 3.  For our plumbing industry, and our Aquatherm NZ Warehouse this will mean a return to work under restricted conditions.

The Warehouse will be open for business at 8.30am on 1st March 2021.

Please ensure you forward any orders through to Rosch Hawes at orders@aquatherm.co.nz  or phone 09 5707204.  You will then be advised of your pickup time and availability.  There will be no access to inside the Warehouse or the office.

Our team are implementing behind the scene routines including frequent increased cleaning, limited staff per site and social distancing practices in order to provide a safer environment for our people during the picking and collection process.

We ask our distribution partners to use their best endeavours to not send RETURNS during Level 3 back to our factory (for any further enquiries on this please contact Rosch directly).

The Directors of Aquatherm NZ would like to thank you or your support during this lockdown period and we trust this finds you and your families safe and well and we look forward to supporting you as we move through the various COVID 19 Levels.
